RSPN is pleased to announce that four new members of the Board of Directors were elected on the RSPN Annual Meeting on September 14:

• Mikhail Zorich, Independence Blue Cross
  
• Vitaly Machkovskiy, Institute of Management Accountants
  
• Maria Ziarno, Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP
  
• Max Tabak, PNC Bank  (was elected, contingent on Max’s and/or PNC Bank’s joining RSPN)

All the incumbent directors have been re-elected (Vlad, Inez, Zoya, Henry, Tanya, Katya and Svetlana), except for Max Voltchenko who opted not to stand for re-election.  Max Voltchenko will remain active in the affairs of RSPN by serving on the Social Media Outreach and Outside Partnership committees.  Max will also continue to participate in the Board’s meetings in a non-voting (advisory) capacity.

The new Board will become fully effective as of January 1, 2012.  However, new Board members may participate in Board meetings (and are encouraged to do so) as non-voting Members right away.
