RSPN Talk – Feb 8, 2018 7 pm at the Corner Bakery in Newtown, PA (3 West Road, Newtown)
The RIVA Project was inspired by the life of Riva Hardack Shurman. Riva’s life was a tremendous example of inner strength, courage, determination, and love. The talk that we’ll be sharing with the members of the RSPN community is based on the research that Riva’s life sparked. The RIVA Project stands for “Real, Impactful, Viable Alternatives” that will get us on the path to better health. We hope to bring to light the many successful stories of individuals beating Cancer and continuing to live for 5,10,20+ years after Cancer diagnosis using either only or complementary non-toxic approaches. Why is this important? Nearly all of us have been touched by Cancer in one way or another. Don’t we want to be informed about all of the options out there, in order to achieve the best possible outcome for us or our loved ones? Our modern culture has come with a lot of advances, but no shortage of consequences – from our diets, to our lifestyles, and the stresses – it seems we are in a constant state where we are not at ease – hence, the perfect formula for “dis-ease”. Let’s move from a state of “overcoming” to “thriving”. Please join us for some really mind-opening stories of recent experiences from 3 women who are eager to share what they’ve come to learn.
